Embroidery Barn & Gift Shoppe, located in Pickerington, Ohio is expanding its facilities. We are a full-service apparel and accessories embellishment shop and we are celebrating our 10th year in business. This summer we will begin the first phase of a three-phase expansion program. In the picture to the left, our business is located in the middle building, in the smaller section. We are adding an additional 4,000 square feet to that building. Initially, we will have 100 craft booths available for rent. The second phase of the project calls for the embroidery and other decorating services part of our business to be relocated to the old dairy barn (built in the 1800's) on the property, in about 24 months. |

At that time the middle building will be completely occupied by approximately 300 craft vendors. The third phase of the project will involve the lovely old house on the property. It too will be turned into a retail shop. The entire 2 acres will be beautifully landscaped and will become a destination shopping experience for all those who enjoy unusual places to tour and shop. Next door to the property is a restaurant and inside the old barn will be a coffee shop and touring area for those wishing to view all the manufacturing processes that we do. |

Another plus is our location, We are highly visible on the main road (Route 256) in Pickerington. Our location is 1 mile south of the main shopping area in the newer part of downtown and 1 mile north of the older, quaint shopping area of old dow Pickerington. We are directly across from the largest church in the area and just yards away from the main post office. Also, we are across the street from the high traffic area of the Pickerington Youth Athletic fields where over 4,000 youth play year-round. Taranto's Pizza barn is on one side of us and the local Dairy Queen is on the other. With ten years in business, we ahave a large, established client base, many of whom are most anxious to see what new products will be joining us. |
